i'd like to make believe i'm nothing but a machine, heartless, emotionless, that works eternally on reasoning, in moments of high precision operation producing the pulsationof life. i don't look at people; i pick up one and start to read. much the same way i grab a book from the shelf. i respond to see how i'm to be responded. an impatient listener, i'm better at giving solutions than comfort. strategist and minimalist it takes me over 20 years to realize love as a questionable emotion. i love less now, but like more, which i enjoy.
